1. Documentation Needed

Please have the following ready at the time of rental:

• Identification: Valid Driver’s License and ID or Passport.

• Verification: Proof of address and banking details.

2. Mileage & Travel Limits

• Daily Allowance: Includes 100km free per day. (Excess mileage is charged at a nominal fee).

• Permitted Area: Vehicles are restricted to Cape Town and a 150km radius.

• Special Requests: Travel beyond the 150km limit requires prior written approval.

• Road Surface: Vehicles are strictly for paved roads only; no gravel roads allowed.

3. Fuel & Cleaning Policy

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were received: fully fueled and cleaned.

• Refueling Location: To ensure accuracy, vehicles must be topped up at Sasol (Raats Drive) or Engen (Jansens Drive) in Table View.

• Proof of Fuel: You must present your fuel slip upon return.

• Cleaning Fee: A R150 fee will apply if the vehicle is returned uncleaned.

4. Liability & Usage

• Authorized Drivers: Only the registered renter may operate the vehicle unless otherwise agreed.

• Responsibility: The renter is liable for all damages, traffic fines, or costs resulting from negligence.

• Deposits: Any outstanding costs or penalties may be deducted from your security deposit.
